Clients agree to provide truthful and complete information related to their case. Clients may not request illegal activities or interfere with ongoing investigations. Failure to cooperate or provide accurate information may result in termination of services.

All client communications, records, and case materials are treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will only be shared when required by law, subpoena, or with the client’s written consent.
6. Payment and Fees
Fees, retainers, and billing terms are established prior to the start of any investigation. Payment is due as specified in the written agreement. Retainers are non-refundable once investigative work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services or legal collection efforts.
7. Evidence and Reporting
All findings and evidence are provided to the client in accordance with the scope of work. Reports and documentation are intended solely for the client’s use and may not be altered, redistributed, or disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise due diligence and professionalism, we make no guarantees regarding specific results. Revelations Private Investigations and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from investigative services, use of our reports, or access to this website.
9. Use of Website
You may not use this website to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information. Unauthorized access, scraping, or data collection is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at any time.
