Accessibility & ADA Compliance Statement

Last Updated: November 4, 2025 • Organization: Revelations Private Investigations (Tulsa, Oklahoma)

Commitment to Equal Access

Revelations Private Investigations is committed to providing equal access to our services and digital content for all individuals, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA.

Scope

This statement covers all content at www.revelationspi.com that we create and control. Third-party integrations and embedded services are addressed in the Third-Party Content section.

Measures We Take

  • Use of semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy (one H1 per page; descriptive H2–H3 subheads).
  • Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images and descriptive labels for form controls.
  • Keyboard accessibility and visible focus indicators.
  • Color-contrast targets aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA (minimum 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text/icons).
  • Responsive design for common screen sizes and orientations.
  • Clear link styles and sufficient target sizes for interactive elements.
  • Cyclic reviews of templates and content prior to publication.

Compatibility & Assistive Technologies

Our website is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software on current desktop and mobile operating systems.

Technical Standards

We rely upon HTML5, WAI-ARIA 1.2, CSS, and unobtrusive JavaScript. We strive to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria.

Known Limitations

While we work to ensure full compliance, certain content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Examples may include:

  • Legacy images or documents that lack complete text alternatives.
  • Occasional contrast shortfalls in decorative sections or legacy posts.
  • Third-party widgets or iframes that we do not control.

We are actively remediating these items as part of our ongoing improvement plan.

Ongoing Improvement

We conduct periodic accessibility checks and update templates, components, and content to address newly identified barriers. Remediation timelines are prioritized by impact and severity.

Feedback & Accessibility Support

If you encounter a barrier on our site or need content in an alternative format, please contact us:

Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and your assistive technology (if applicable). We will respond within 2 business days.

Alternative Access

Upon request, we provide information via accessible formats (e.g., large print or accessible PDFs) and can complete website forms over the phone.

ADA Title III Compliance Notice

Revelations Private Investigations is a place of public accommodation under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We make reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures where necessary to ensure equal access to our services, unless doing so would fundamentally alter the nature of those services.

Third-Party Content

Our site may include integrations or content from third parties (e.g., maps, scheduling, payment processors). While we cannot control these vendors’ platforms, we encourage providers to support accessibility. If a third-party element presents a barrier, please notify us so we can offer an alternative and alert the vendor.

Enforcement & Grievance Procedure

We review reported issues promptly and document corrective actions. If you believe we have not adequately resolved your concern, you may request escalation with management using the contact methods above.

Policy Administration

This statement is reviewed at least annually and upon significant site changes. Revisions will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
