$79 one person / one address
First attempt within 3–5 business days

Rush Service
First attempt within 24 hours (Mon–Fri):
$129 – Zone 1 (Pawnee County and Tulsa Metro)
$139 – Zone 2 (Extended Counties)
Same-Day Service
First attempt same calendar day when documents are ready and received before 1:00 p.m.:
$149 – Zone 1
$159 – Zone 2
After-Hours / Weekend First Attempt (by request)
Add $40 to any option above.
Additional Parties & Addresses
Additional person at the same address, same trip: $40
Additional address for the same defendant (within the same general area): $60
If an address is bad and you provide a new one:
$25 restart fee per new address, plus any added mileage if it’s significantly farther.
All diligent non-service is documented with a detailed affidavit so you can show the court exactly what was done.
Mileage & Rural Travel
We build a local radius into the base prices so most jobs are simple.
Standard rates include up to 25 miles round-trip from our home base for Zone 1.
For addresses beyond that or deep-rural locations, we apply the lesser of:
$0.85 per mile round-trip, or
A flat $25 Rural Travel surcharge, depending on distance and route
Hard-to-Serve / Stakeouts
If a subject is actively dodging service, we treat it like the evasive behavior it is, not just “one more attempt.”
Stakeout / surveillance for service: $70 per hour, 2-hour minimum
Billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum
Includes time-stamped notes and supporting photos/video when it’s safe and appropriate
Skip Tracing
If you don’t have a good address, we can help you find one.
Basic Skip Trace: $75 per subject
Database and open-source research
One “best-effort” address and contact report you can use to proceed with service
Advanced / Complex Skip Trace:
Starts at $125, quoted when there are multiple jurisdictions, aliases, or a history of evasion
Document Handling & Notary
We handle the paperwork end-to-end so you don’t have to.
Notarized proof of service included
Printing: first 25 pages included per job; $0.25 per page after that
Local document pickup (law office or courthouse in Zone 1):
$25 within Pawnee County or Tulsa Metro
$40 for nearby towns in our service area
